Before you get lost in the holiday madness, come get a little crazy with us! Kick off the season with an evening that's festive, creative, and just a touch chaotic. Throughout the evening, you'll rotate through three hands-on holiday experiences: create a beautiful holiday wreath with our florist Deborrah, paint a handcrafted ornament with Sue—a local Sausalito artist, and decorate a festive cake with Kristin, our baker, then we'll all enjoy it together for dessert. No special talents required—we'll provide all the supplies, inspiration, and friendly guidance. Enjoy a delicious dinner, wine, festive mocktails, and the simple joy of making things with your hands. You'll head home with beautiful holiday treasures—and maybe a few new friends—all while helping our students shine.

This October is officially being renamed Walktober—and we’re kicking it off with a beautiful morning on the San Francisco Crosstown Trail, guided by Tribe Rising India board member and Crosstown docent Lily O’Neill.

Connecting all four corners of the city, the Crosstown Trail winds through hidden pathways, lush parks, vibrant shopping corridors, iconic tiled stairways, and community‑tended gardens. It’s the perfect way to get fresh air, discover new pockets of San Francisco, and enjoy great company along the way.

Lily will guide us through a section of the trail, ending in the Presidio, where you’ll be treated to mimosas and a delicious lunch of authentic Nepalese street food from Momolicious—a festive finish to a gorgeous Walktober morning.
